Each piece of cargo we carry has been carefully selected for its character: every imperfection, patch and repair tells a story. Being such, we do our very best to provide accurate information regarding the condition of everything we offer. Many of our goods show honest wear from previous use and the effects of time. Please
carefully read description and view all provided photos for a detailed depiction.  


RETURNS

All purchases of vintage and one-of-a-kind items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you feel there was a discrepancy in our description of an item you purchased, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss reparation. Exchanges are not offered for fit issues. For this reason, please make sure to check the measurements provided carefully before purchasing.

Upon agreement of exchange should an item have been misrepresented: you may return item for store credit within 3 business days of receiving the package. You must contact us before you ship the item, and you must provide delivery confirmation. Shipping must be covered by the buyer both ways.

For international orders, we are not responsible for items held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs or taxes. It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues, and Lost Cargo is not responsible for any of these charges.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of purchase (this may be exceeded depending on the COVID situation – thank you for understanding). Insurance is available upon request. Combined shipping is possible – just ask. Lost Cargo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping
Prices are quoted for USPS International First Class mail. First class is the most economical method of shipping but does not include tracking or insurance. This means that once we ship your package we have no further information about it's whereabouts. We cannot be responsible for late or missing packages. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or would like to purchase shipping insurance please let us know and we'll send you an estimate for the added costs.

Local Pick-Up
If you live in or near Leavenworth, WA, you can save yourself shipping costs by visiting the showroom to pick up your order. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange a time.
